Our expansion model is intentional by design. We do not add countries to a coverage list without first validating compliance infrastructure, assembling local expertise, and confirming full adherence to local employment law.
For some markets, we establish our own legal entity. For others, we work through vetted in-country partners who operate under our compliance framework. The delivery model may vary. The compliance standard never does.
